A little bit about us...
Ecovation (a synergy of innovation and ecology) is a Young Enterprise Community Interest Company based in Plymouth. Our company was formed in September 2010, and since then Ecovation has been striving to build high quality, good value products which help you do your bit for the environment, working with the ethos of innovation, application, conservation.
Our main product is our handmade Ecofeeder, a birdfeeder which can hold household kitchen food waste to be used as bird food. The current state of the UK economy has encouraged us to produce products that are priced at a level that makes them accessible to our targeted markets, yet are still of the highest quality.
As a Community Interest Company (CIC) (or Social Enterprise), we focus on the wellbeing of our environment rather than making ourselves lots of money, and so we pledge to give away a percentage of our profits to help improve both the local and global environment.
